Refund policy

We understand if you change your mind.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please email us at info@periwinkleblue.ca immediately. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days. The product must not have been used and returned to us as found. The customer is to pay for return shipping. Once we have received the returned merchandise a refund will be made for the amount of the product returned(excluding shipping fees). The amount refunded will be completed once we have received the returned item.

 You have 30 days to return item to us.

 In what condition can items be returned?

 Your items may not have been used. If they are damaged or used this could affect your return.

Will a refund be issued, and if so, how much and what type (e.g. store credit or refund)?

Your refund will be issued back on the card used for the transaction. As long as it's within the 30 day limit and in the condition requested above. The cost of the product will be the amount returned. The cost of shipping will not be refunded.We

 How do exchanges work?

Exchange's are tricky. Obviously we want you to be happy with your product.

Exchanges are not guaranteed. Please reach out via email and we will see what we can do to accommodate you. Please understand we are a small business and that we have hand made products. The customer will be responsible for any shipping involved in the exchange. If we deem the exchange possible.

 Do you accept returns or refunds for sale items?

All sale items are final. However a store credit maybe possible.

The customer is responsible to pay for shipping and the return shipping. We love our customers and we love that our customers are supporting a small business.
